By logging into MTG Horde Plus via Discord or Google, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party login credentials (Google/Discord). MTG Horde Plus is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
MTG Horde Plus is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
Magic: The Gathering card names, text, and imagery are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast, LLC. Your custom deck lists are your own configuration.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that abuse our system architecture, scrape data, or violate community standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
MTG Horde Plus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss, bugs, or server downtime.
6. Community Standards
- No Hate Speech or Extremism: We do not tolerate hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, or the promotion of extremist or discriminatory ideologies of any kind.
- No Explicit Content: Sharing or uploading pornography, sexually explicit material (NSFW), or graphic violence (gore) is strictly prohibited.
- No Harassment or Bullying: Targeted abuse, doxxing, intimidation, or making threats of violence against any user or group will result in immediate account termination.
- No Illegal Activities: You may not use the platform to promote, organize, or engage in illegal acts, including fraud, piracy, or illicit trading.
- No Spam, Malicious Behavior, or Impersonation: Do not spam content, distribute malicious links (phishing/malware), or attempt to harm or disrupt the platform's infrastructure. Impersonating other users or staff, unauthorized data scraping, piracy, hacking, or attempting to steal or compromise user identities is strictly forbidden.
- Strict Adherence for Custom Content: All user-customized elements—specifically including custom card images, deck titles, deck banners, and usernames—must strictly follow these rules and remain appropriate for a general audience.
